3 Early finalization of long -lead items & shop drawings.

5 To review the work progress time to time & to take corrective measures if necessary. to ensure timely completion of the work.

Sequence of starting work:

1 Building permit from the competent authority as obtained by client to be shown on site office.

2 Construction facilities & temporary controls. sheds, mobilization of temporary facili ties such as containers and sanitation will be arranged as per the specifications.

3 Temporary fence around the job site.

4 Approval of submittal forms & procedure.

5 Brio( to the commencement of the work, general insurance policy will be submitted and get approved.

6 Cleaning of site & removal of already dumped materials from the site.
